I'm a person-centred trained counsellor and clinical supervisor. Over the past ten years I've worked with children, young people and adults — and I now offer supervision that's purposeful, encouraging, honest and genuinely helpful for you and your clients.
I trained as a person-centred counsellor at Warwick University and have spent the last decade working directly with children, young people and adults — across schools, community settings and private practice. Prior to that I worked in HR management for ten years in a large corporation.
That range means I understand the different pressures of different settings and can bring that breadth into the supervision room. It also means that I have developed my supervision skills over twenty years and can now really enjoy using those skills to help my supervisees develop as both people and practitioners.
I work to ensure that my supervisees can come to supervision feeling able to bring whatever they need to and leave able to feel the progress that they and their practice have made from each and every session.
